CUSHION SAND SCREENED OR NON SCREENED
Cushion Sand is a general-purpose sand. It is used under concrete work, pipe embedment, etc. Cushion sand is typically used as a support for pipe installation as it packs very well and can be used to level land. This sand is able to be utilized for anything from horse stalls to playgrounds to construction.
NATURAL CONCRETE SAND
Concrete Sand is used typically to mix concrete. Concrete Sand is a more coarse material than brick sand. It can be used to create uniformity and consistency in mixing.
BRICK SAND / MASON SAND
Brick Sand is a washed sand used by brick or stone masons. The use of brick sand extends to building construction as it can also be utilized in arenas, agriculture, fields, and most other projects that require sand with medium clay content. Brick sand is primarily used in wall construction and block work.
Topsoil and Gardening Products
COMPOST MIX
Organic Compost Mix is good for any new yard, garden or sod installation. Our product is composted with cow manure for very nutrient rich and heavy soil amendment. It provides natural nutrients for flowers and vegetables, encouraging grass growth, healthy flower beds and flourishing gardens.
SCREENED TOPSOIL
Topsoil is composed of mineral particles and organic matter and usually extends to a depth of 5-10 inches. Customers can actually choose how fine or chunky they want their screened topsoil to be. This allows for optimum water flow and distribution of essential nutrients and minerals.
LANDSCAPE MIX
The Landscape Mix is a cost-efficient material for any landscape application from sod prepping to flowerbeds. This mix is a combination of sand, compost, and natural soil. Due to the mixture, this material allows for greater drainage while also keeping some moisture retained for nutrients.
PRO-CHOICE LANDSCAPE MIX
Our pro-choice landscape mix is designed with the ultimate gardener in mind. With the ingredients to help your green thumb achieve its goals, the mixture includes mulch, sand, and compost to add the benefits of growth and moisture retention from the mulch and compost while also increasing drainage and consistency from the sand.
HARDWOOD MULCH
A native hardwood mulch that is made from native south Texas trees. Hardwood mulch is one of the most common forms and is utilized for weed prevention and strong drainage. It is often placed around trees, perennial bushes or shrubs, foundation plantings or front walkways.
SELECT FILL SCREENED OR NON SCREENED
Our Select Fill dirt is good for any construction job, from small or large pads, to a variety of fill jobs. Select Fill is usually a mix of clay and sand so that when worked and compacted, the material will pass required testing for engineer specifications due to its ability to create stable foundation. Select Fill is generally used on constructions sites with equipment, but will work for smaller projects such as filling holes.
Construction and Drainage
3/8″ PEA GRAVEL
A native Texas stone that is a screened and washed granite product. 3/8″ Pea Gravel is useful for many different applications. Some of these applications include decorative landscaping, drainage, pipe bedding, roofing, concrete slab bedding, and much more.
TXDOT 247 SPEC 2″ MINUS ROAD BASE
Our road base is a crushed limestone material of 2″ or smaller in size. TXDOT spec-specific material is used for commercial & industrial applications for compaction, often in the case of road creation when withstanding extreme conditions is necessary.
1″ & 2″ MINUS ROAD BASE
Our road base is crushed limestone material from 2″ minus to 1″ minus in size. This specific material differs from the TXDOT material above as it is used strictly in commercial settings as it does not meet TXDOT standards. It is used more often for road bases when a foundation is necessary for road construction projects.
F – ROCK
F – rock is a washed limestone material with a size of 1/4” free of fines. This is a very clean looking chip rock. It is good for paths, driveways, or for draining applications.
3/8″ CHIP ROCK / HMA TYPE D / CHIP SEAL ROCK
Our chip rock is a washed limestone material with a size of 3/8” free of fines (larger than the F-Rock above). It is good for paths, driveways, or for draining applications.
3/8″-1″ CHIP ROCK / UTILITY AGGREGATE / 1″ COMMERCIAL UTILITY STONE
Our chip rock is a washed limestone material with a size of 3/8”- 1″ free of fines (larger range of sizing than those above). It is a clean looking chip rock. It is good for paths, driveways, or for draining applications.
#57 STONE / CONCRETE ROCK
The 57 stone is 1″ in size and one of the most commonly used types of crushed stone due to its versatility. The 57 stone can be used in many types of projects. It is used as aggregate in concrete and also as a base for sidewalks, roads, driveways, and more.
2″ WASHED ROCK / SEPTIC ROCK / SEWER ROCK / DRAIN ROCK
The 2″ washed rock is designed to allow and guide water as a drain into a desired location.
2-5″ OVERSIZE ROCK
The 2-5″ oversize rock is great for erosion prevention and direction. It can also be utilized for equipment pads and drainage.
12-24″ RIP RAP
12-24″ Rip Rap is a crushed large stone used primarily to steer drainage into desired locations.

1/4″ MINUS DECOMPOSED CRUSHED GRANITE
Decomposed Granite is made up of granite 1/4″ or smaller. This is a popular material used to pave patios, walkways, and driveways. Decomposed granite has a rustic and natural aesthetic to it and comes in multiple colors.
2″ MINUS SOMERVILLE RIVER ROCK
This rock is native to Texas stone and measures 2” or less in size. This rock comes in shades of white, cream, tan, brown, and other neutral colors.
2″ TEXAS BLEND RIVER ROCK
The Texas Blend River Rock is mined in Texas, giving the Texas southwest colors to match your property’s aesthetic and can assist in drainage.
2″-4″ BRAZOS BLEND RIVER ROCK
This Native Texas river rock comes in Neutral Cafe colors. It is an attractive and versatile stone with utility for landscaping and drainage while also being aesthetically pleasing.
SABINE COBBLE
2-6″ Sabine Cobble is an extremely popular rock due to its color and shape which has softer edges than many of the other rocks offered.
5/8″ BLACK STAR
This basalt limestone is a very pretty stone with functional uses to protect and outline parts of your property. These options can include pathways, parking spots, flowerbeds, and more.
